The Neighborino team recently ventured out to the Community Associations Institute (CAI) 19th Annual Conference & Trade Show, Central Indiana Chapter, in Indianapolis. The CAI is a national organization and "America's advocate for responsible communities". We'll share a little more about them and the sessions we attended soon.

In addition to what we learned from guest speakers, we also met interesting professionals who, like ourselves, are committed to the HOA industry. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Bellamy, an attorney who advises HOA boards and managers, and his firm represents over 200 HOA's. I enjoyed chatting with Jeff, and he later shared with me a recent article he wrote about a new law that went into effect on July 1, 2009 changing how homeowner's associations operate.
