How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get to enjoy Neighborino risk-free for 30 days. At the end of your 30-day trial your neighborhood site will be redirected to our online payment form where you can convert to payment account. If Neighborino doesn't fit your needs, you're free to go.

Are there any cancellation fees or long-term commitments?
No. Neighborino sites are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your account will be active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds or prorate partial months.

Can I use my own domain name?
When signing up for a trial account, you will be asked to enter your community name as a subdomain of neighborino.com. For example: name.neighborino.com. If you currently own a domain you'd like to use, you can redirect it to your Neighborino site. Get in touch and we will walk you through this process.

How much is a Neighborino site?
Our sites are a flat $30 a month. There are no site creation or set-up fees. Your card will be charged monthly.

Can I pay for a year in advance?
Yes. Just contact hello@neighborino.com and we will send you an invoice for a year ($360) instead of a monthly withdrawal of $30 using your credit card. Your account will be activated the same day we get the check for the year. You will receive 1 additional month of free service. In other words, you will receive 13 months of service for the price of 12.

How is your price so low?
Our monthly price was created to ensure all communities could afford a professional website. It is subsidized by minimal advertising by your neighbors, and that money is shared equally with your community. Check out some of our sample sites and we're sure you'll find the ads to be tasteful, even helpful, to the neighborhood.

How does advertising work?
Advertising on your site is unobtrusive and minimal. They are text-only ads, and designed to blend tastefully with your site. Neighborino handles all aspects of advertising, including scheduling, payments, and placing the ad on your site. Revenue is shared 50/50 with your community and checks are mailed by-yearly. Should you cancel your account at any time, a check will mailed with your revenue earned to date.

How can I pay?
You can pay with a credit card or check. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If paying by check, you must pay for a year in advance ($360) and you will receive 1 additional month of free service. In other words, you will receive 13 months of service for the price of 12.

Is there software to install?
No, our software is web-based. There is nothing to download or install. You can make updates from any internet connection.

Can you customize the software for my specific needs?
No. All users use the exact same software. However, we constantly evaluate suggestions and look for feature enhancements that benefit everyone.

Who is Neighborino?
Neighborino is an independenly owned Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Neighborino was created by 3 homeowners and professional web developers who saw a need for an affordable HOA website solution all neighborhoods could use without any programming or web development experience.

Is my community information private and secure?
Privacy is of utmost concern to us. No registered user's email will ever be sold or distributed to any 3rd party. Some areas of your site are securely kept in password protected areas by default. Other areas allow to you to decide how you wish to share your site. For instance, documents and photo galleries can be public or private, and you can securely post messages for the public or just board members.

Can I email my entire community?
Yes, you can email all registered users at once from the "Management" area. You can also email all board members at once.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Navigate to your site's login page and click the Do you forget your Login or Password? link. Type your email address and click Recover login information. Check your email for your new password. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder.

After being given a new password I still can't access the site. What gives?
If you copied/pasted your password, make sure there isn't an extra space before or after your pasted text. If you typed your password, make sure you typed it exactly as it was displayed. Passwords are case sensitive. If you're still having problems contact us.
