How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get to enjoy Neighborino risk-free for 30 days. At the end of your 30-day trial your neighborhood you can continue using Neighborino at the annual rate of $360/year. If Neighborino doesn't fit your needs, you're free to go.
Are there any cancellation fees or long-term commitments?
No. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel at any time without penalty.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. When signing up for a trial account, you will be asked to enter your community name as a subdomain of neighborino.com. For example: hoa.neighborino.com. If you currently own a domain you'd like to use, you can redirect it to your Neighborino site. We can also register a new domain name on your behalf. Get in touch and we will walk you through this process.
How much is a Neighborino site?
We offer convenient billing at a single, set price of $360/year. There are no site creation or set-up fees. You will be invoiced annually.
How does advertising work?
Advertising on your site is unobtrusive and minimal. They are text-only ads, and designed to blend tastefully with your site. Neighborino handles all aspects of advertising, including scheduling, payments, and placing the ad on your site. Revenue is shared 50/50 with your community and checks are mailed by-yearly. Should you cancel your account at any time, a check will mailed with your revenue earned to date. Contact Neighborino to schedule an ad placement.
How can I pay?
Our HOAs pay annually by check. If your circumstances require a different method let us know.
Is there software to install?
No, our software is web-based. There is nothing to download or install. You can access the site and make updates from any internet connection.
Who is Neighborino?
Neighborino is an independenly owned Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Neighborino was created by 3 homeowners and professional web developers who saw a need for an affordable HOA website solution all neighborhoods could use without any programming or web development experience. Is my community information private and secure?
We respect your privacy. Neighborino will never sell or share your email with any 3rd party. Some areas of your site are securely kept in password protected areas by default. Other areas allow to you to decide how you wish to share your site. For instance, documents and photo galleries can be public or private, and you can securely post messages for the public or just board members.
Can I email my entire community?
Yes, when you create stories on you site, you have the option to email all registered neighbors. You also have the option to email only selected board members.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Navigate to your site's login page and click the Do you forget your Login or Password? link. Type your email address and click Recover login information. Check your email for your new password. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder. If you're still having problems drop us a line.
After being given a new password I still can't access the site. What gives?
If you copied/pasted your password, make sure there isn't an extra space before or after your pasted text. If you typed your password, make sure you typed it exactly as it was displayed. Passwords are case sensitive. If you're still having problems drop us a line.
