How do you provide direct support to my clients while remaining anonymous?
To begin with, any reference to Neighborino on our templates is replaced with your name. We then work with you to create a website for your client(s). The initial site can be created in minutes and will be immediately ready for use. At that time your clients will be able to build their site as they wish. Should they need assistance they can click the “help” link on their website. Questions will go directly to us and we will respond with a generic email address not associated with Neighborino.com.
What if my client already has a website?
While your client may already have a website, our software was built for one purpose: HOA websites that are used. We offer the relevant tools and resources needed for boards to effectively communicate with their neighborhood with ease. Automated weekly update emails keep residents coming back time and again, and they will appreciate the free classifieds, directory, forums and more.
We can also help migrate existing websites to our platform. Just let know your client’s current website address and we’ll work with you to ensure an easy transition.
Flat, straightforward pricing
